Gokusen the movie. Ryu. ♥

>Today, I went to GV at Tampines Mall, bought movie tickets, and actually sat through the entire movie despite my prior expectations regarding it before watching. What movie is it you ask?

Well, the movie is none other than GOKUSEN THE MOVIE, which aired in July 11 last summer in Japan.

Photobucket

Having watched Season 2 of Gokusen, and having only done it because of the presence of Akame, I was dubious about the movie and the overall result it would bring, considering the fact that Gokusen is a repeatedly re-used cycle that goes on over and over again. Deliquent kids, one fiesty teacher. They get into trouble. She does all she can to help them. They get touched and open up their hearts to her. There's sparkly sunshine and rainbows. She goes on to help more such kids in other classes. AND IT REPEATS. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. :\ Can anyone say, "cliche"?

...But surprisingly, the movie didn't have the same effect on me. Maybe because it was I was blinded by the shini-ness of a stellar cast, namely, Kamenashi Kazuya, Oguri Shun, Teppei, Miura Haruma and the works. Or maybe because I didn't sleep enough. Either way, I was pleasantly surprised by the movie. Not in the sense that the plot improved. (Because believe me, it HASN'T. LOLZ.) But because of the fact that it took the right direction and input much more comedic elements into it. The entire movie was full of hilarity. Starting from the beginning where Yankumi reprimands and reduces plane hjiackers to a sobbing wreck (LOL) to the end where she plays games with her students and gets her head whacked in the process.

And Sawatari, what can I say. THAT MAN IS A GENIUS. XDDD. I absolutely loved his facial expressions and the robotic sounds they added in between. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the entire time he was onscreen. BRILLANCY AT IT'S FINEST. XD.

Oh and of course, the main reason why I sat through the 121 minutes of movie film.

ODAGIRI RYU. *_*

MOTORBIKES AND BLACK LEATHER GLOVES NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD. ♥ And a;sdjsls- RYU.

In overall, I really enjoyed watching Gokusen the movie inspite of the lack of plot. But it is a movie that should be taken with a grain of salt and kept in mind that plot < IKEMEN. And comedic relief.

Lastly, I should end off my spam with the *sparkly* Odagiri sensei. <3

Contemplation revolving around me

>You know that feeling of having done something wrong even when you thought you were right all along? Well, it's kind of bugging me now. Maybe, just maybe I could have dealt with things differently.

>Perhaps I thought I was subtle, but I wasn't. The issue might look resolved on the surface but in the fact, the roots of the problem still lie intact. I should have been more open about it and said what I felt but I didn't.

One thing can't change though. It's the fact that I didn't sell her out even when I knew she did something wrong. I could have and I could have benefitted from it but I didn't. Instead, I gave a friendly warning and that is all I will do.

Ohh, save me from the clutches from money sucking fandom

AKANISHI JIN TO BE FEATURED IN CRYSTAL KAY'S NEW ALBUM WITH A SONG TRACK TITLED "HELPLESS NIGHT"
a;shslosedh- *______* Eeeeeee. This is so terribly exciting. Apparently, it has been advertised all over yahoo.co.jp that it is a whole new level of classic duet with the beautiful harmony of Crystal Kay's clear voice and Akanishi Jin's beautiful vocals. a;sjwo- Oh my god. I am so excited I can't breathe. It's a pity that it wasn't the song, Wonder that was released but I am still happy that Jin finally has a new project besides BANDAGE.
Now, I am struggling between whether or not to purchase Crystal Kay's new album just for that song alone. Dies*

Because I have loved you and maybe I'd always will.

KAMENASHI KAZUYA IS A FREAKING TEASE. al;shds-*_______*

I'm dying from his new solo performance alone. Being a tease in the first part and singing a ballad in the next. ;______; And making mistakes and trying to resist laughing. Oh god. When the DVD comes out, I am getting it no matter what.

Though my heart is pained by the sight of him coughing as well as reading fanreports about Jin being sick and struggling to hit all those high notes. Oh, KAT-TUN, I hope they manage to hang in there till the Hokkaido Cons next week. They really need a break after months of touring.

Ninja-ism runs in our blood.

SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE MOST EPIC FANCAMS OF CONCERTS I HAVE SEEN FOR KAT-TUN. *_______* SUCH A CLOSE DISTANCE, TOO. Fangirls are serious ninjas, really.

Anger management issues

>There is never a valid reason to vent one's anger at people.

...I just wish people knew and understood that.

Gentleness changes colour every second...

>Happy Easter everyone! ;__________; Thank god for the glorious long weekend. I slept in until 12 plus today, it felt so good. Internship has been depriving me of sleep lately, it's kind of sickening. ): But fandom on the other hand, has been good. I am really (Shockingly) addicted to the song, "1582" by Kamenashi Kazuya though. :O A big shocker since I am usually more of a Jin fan when it comes to KAT-TUN.

1582 - 亀梨和也

>The song has a very dark feel to it and the lyrics are very thought provoking. Well, apparently, since it's technically a "suicide" reminiscent kind of song. It's actually written from the prespective of Mori Ranmaru. Ranmaru was Nobunaga's assistant and he was said to have had an intimate "relationship” with Oda Nobunaga. Cough cough* And since Oda Nobunaga died in the year 1582 and happens to be Kame's favourite historical character, hence the song title, "1582" was given to match the year he died of ritual seppuku. :O

...Hence, the intense lyrics and dark musical elements of the song. I really love the chorus and the "I'm always always caught in those hands" part. It's very invoking and passionate and suits the forbidden love theme.

Song Lyrics-

I'm being controlled, till my fingertips
Enraptured, to the point I'm going crazy
I'm starting to be damaged in my head
Me, now, why am I here? Where am I?
The light is disappearing in front of my eyes
Eternal sleep, like dying

Tempting words
Those red lips
This enraptured heart
Leaps, it starts to be torn

Drowning in that blood
I'm getting stained

The eyes facing the boundless land
What are they reflecting?
Somehow, somehow
I'm cought in those hands
As the clockhands ticked together
Biting my inner cheek
“I wish I'll never ever wake up”
Placing the hands on my chest, I pray

Even a heart wounded all over
Seeing you, it heals
It's not something like desire
It's unconscious, even if I know

The medicine that heals
The wounds, does it feel good?
Where has the tomorrow gone?
I'm being charmed, I hate that

Drowning in that blood
I'm getting stained

Dreaming of days with you
The stars got dispersed
“I wish that somehow, somehow, I won't wake up”
Placing the hands on my chest, I pray
I wonder what gentleness is
It changes colors every single second
I'm always, always
Caught in those hands
Caught in this love

Tempting words
Heal the wounds

The eyes facing the boundless land
What are they reflecting?
Somehow, somehow
I'm cought in those hands
As the clockhands ticked together
Biting my inner cheek
“I wish I'll never ever wake up”
Placing the hands on my chest, I pray
Dreaming of days with you
The stars got dispersed
“I wish that somehow, somehow, I won't wake up”
Placing the hands on my chest, I pray
I wonder what gentleness is
It changes colors every single second
I'm always, always
Caught in those hands
Caught in this love

I love you all more than you can count the number of stars in the night sky.

>Internship is slowly and surely eroding me. ;________; Although it's only the first week, I feel so tired out already. :X How am I going to survive another four and a quarter months, I wonder. Oh well.

>Anyway, just posting today because today is KAT-TUN's 3rd year Anniversary as a debuted group. Congratulations, KAT-TUN! And may they bring upon us wonderful wonderful music and PVs and break all expectations as a JE group/band.
Whether be it their previous chibi days-

Or their debuted phase.

Or their current phase.

I love KAT-TUN as a whole and each member is irreplaceable to me. ;________; KAT-TUN, never stop amazing me, whether be it in music direction, projects or over the fact that they used to get into fistfights over whipped cream on the dressing room floors. XD. ILUALL. ♥

Memories like a paper bound novel.

>Tomorrow's the start of my internship, officially. I am kind of scared, really..Since it's one of my first long jobs and stuff (Most of the roles I have worked as previously only consisted of a few days....=_______=") But yeah, I'll survive! Somehow....Five months....I will really miss everyone at school. ;_____; Fighting, everyone!

>On the issue of fandom, CTKT last wednesday was awesome. *__________* I haven't seen Akame laugh so geninuely together since....2005(?!) I;dk. But it was cute. I loved how both of them were so awkward at first...(I'd bet it sent most of the akame fangirls into a tizzy. LOLOL.)

Photobucket
They looked like they wanted to break into laughter. Cat, got your tongue? ROFL.

>I laughed when Jin went, " We will talk about this" after Kame sabotaged him to dance in front of the guests. Soo threatening. And adorable. Glee*

>Also, why is it so that even in the gay-est hairdos, Jin looks somehow appealing? ;_______;

>And yet another issue of Oricon style I need to get my hands on. The editors are genius. Srsly Amazing.

I don't wanna cry alone~

>If I had to recommend a song of the month, this would be it. Seriously. *________* afl;shsjdkj- Burning CG-ed roof tops, vigorous dance routines coupled with synthetic dance techno beats with pop elements in between. Thank you, JE. Thank you.

>And did I mention the fact that there are actually FEMALE dancers in the PV also? *_____* I was very happy the last time when they had female backup dancers in their Don't U ever Stop but this made it a whole lot more ecstatic. I mean- tight leather suits and there is actually some interaction between the dancers and KAT-TUN. Okay, it's only for Maru, but it's a start and that's good enough. I am kind of worried initially since they will be facing off with DBSK's single, Survivor tomorrow on the same release date and considering the latter is a pretty established group with an enormous fanbase, it'd be challenging to achieve their usual no 1 spot on the Oricon sales charts. :X

But after watching the PV, I am more confident that they'd be able to do fine tomorrow because the PV is full of awesome. *______* All that dance choreographies and effort put into the sets. Johnny is really going all out for KAT-TUN, eh...First the 7 days Tokyo Dome concert announcement, now the extravagant PV. I fully approve though. XDDD.

I don't wanna cry alone, help me out, search my life, please take me back home- RESCUE; KAT-TUN.

It aids greatly in the production of progresterone you know. XDD;;

>afsks;dkj-Am I glad I bought the KAT-TUN calendar 2009-2010. ;_________; The pictures of the group interacting and playing twister and chatting, being hosts and best of all, the pictures of Jin playing with a little girl. My heart melted. Wibbles* He'd make a good father.

>No I am serious. Superly adorable. I mean-

AND THIS LAST PICTURE UTTERLY KEELED MY BRAIN CELLS. *________* Umm..

THANK YOU JOHNNY. Thank you for always never failing to steal my money each month. )):

Oh, Yi Jung. Spam worthy kind of post. LOLOL.

>It figures that I will fall head over heels with a character from an overused, cliched Japanese manga adapted plot where a poor, hardworking girl falls in love with one of the richest, badass guy in the country. Make it four handsome guys. Oh god. Boys over flowers is just getting better and better and I have more motivation to make through the drama then the Japanese version. :XX (I didn't get through the latter because of certain matters. Coughs* Shun. Jun. Coughs* Opps. ): )

>I initially didn't think I would watch this, because frankly, I don't like to go for shows that seem overrated. But....Yi Jung aka Kim Bum in real life is so so charming, I couldn't resist. *_______*
I mean-

al;fgskdjl- I love his smile. And I ship SoEul like nobody's business. ;_______; He and Gae Eul make such a cute onscreen couple. I am even more excited about how their relationship will work out as compared to Jun Pyo's and Jan Di's relationship. :DD

>One more smile for the cameras?

Photobucket

>*_______________* Enough said. Definitely worthy of the 3rd title in Mnet's top 100 flower boys list.

>Oh and I bought Sophie Kinsella's new book release: Remember me? at Borders just now. It kind of reminds of the Shopaholic series, just with different characters and stuff. A good guilty indulgence if you ask me. :P

Greetings, ole mateys. :D

Today's the 14th of Feburary everybody, so
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! ♥♥♥

I hope everyone has a lovely day today, whether be it singles or couples. XD. I decided to change my blog layout yesterday since for some weird reason, blogger was refusing to let me doing spacing in my entries. ): It also messed up my blog layout. Ack. Sorry, for now, I will be using this default layout until I figure out how to work out the kinks in the system.

Went out with Anne yesterday to eat at Fish & Co at Tampines Mall. Overall, it wasn't the best experience and I don't think I will be going back to eat there any soon. Firstly, the waitresses were so difficult to understand (They either spoke with an accent or mumbled.)

And secondly, the portions were so huge and filling and darned expensive. The only thing I remotely didn't mind was the dessert that we shared: Panna Cotta.

Oh and there's this guy Model which I saw on the Urban Newspaper for the Valentine's day special whom I think is cute. *________* Max Malchartzeck, they say. Half Korean and Half German. His girlfriend is pretty too, she's brazillian. What a perfect pair, really. :D

First post of the new year after like a month. ROFL.

>I can't believe the time passes so fast and tomorrow is the last day of the term before I will be commencing with my study week and then my final exams. :X Personally, I felt this term was tough, both mentally and physically. There were a lot of things that tested my patience and endurance and I had to admit, it wore me thin. Life still goes on though and because life is not a bed of roses, more things like that can only be aloom. The only way to go is to keep going and not looking back. :)

>Been watching a couple of Japanese dramas though and I absolutely love RESCUE, the theme song for Maru's drama, [Rescue]. Rescue is a pretty decent drama as of far, considering I am a big fan of emergency related dramas such as Code Blue and so on. This time though, it's about firefighting and less about the medical aspect. That's what I love about dramas though, it gives an insider approach into professions I'd probably never go into my entire life. Shudders* >___<

>*___________* No to mention the cute which is rescuing a drowning puppy. Aww.

>I was initially pretty excited about Kami No Shizuku at first, because it had wine and was from a famous critically acclaimed manga but I am on episode 05 now and I almost err-Fell asleep halfway. Sorry, Kame. :X However much I learnt about wine in Food and Beverage Fundamentals, there's a limit where I am able to watch Kame decant red wine episode after episode.

(Picture is credit to naxixi of Ktstarry forum and not mine in anyway whatsoever.)

>I wish they gave Kame more roles which challenge his acting skills. I adored his acting in Gokusen 2 and Tatta Hitosu no Koi but lately, there haven't been such drama offers for him. )): Oh well.

>Also watching VOICE which features Eita, Toma and Satomi Ishihara as forensic pathologists who decipher a series of cases behind the death/(s) of several people and learn a new meaning to the "voice" of the dead. If you ask me, something along the lines of CSI really. Pretty good so far. I APPROVE. XD.

Everytime you cry, there will be a smile equivalent of your tears waiting for you. - Care; Akanishi Jin.
